Whatever we apportion our time and money into for the realization of our wellness goals can overwhelm us especially for those who are on a tight budget. Paying monthly gym membership fees seem more of a useless luxury that mounts on top of our other personal expenses. It is more economical and wise.

No need to spend extra time on getting dressed or putting make up on. Consider the travel time it takes for you to get to the gym. It might be equivalent to doing your entire workout. What a waste time.
