Google Maps: Hello World

Illustrator Matt Delbridge Creates City-Specific Branding Materials

For its "Hello World" campaign, Google commissioned illustrator Matt Delbridge to create these posters and drawings. Each illustration can be used in different ways, and are based on Google Maps graphics. They draw on cities for inspiration -- the one for Tokyo features a city grid doubling up as a bunch of ramen noodles, while San Francisco focuses on bike spokes. The Google Maps "balloon," or place marker, appears in each.
