Delta Construction Partners is a National Executive Search and Management Consulting Firm for the Nation's premier General and Electrical Contractors and Industry professionals.?

Position Overview:

Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Milwaukee, WI office.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years industrial project management experience in the electrical trade on commercial projects such as: Paper Mills, Manufacturing, Power Plants, Water Treatments, and Pipeline.?
5 years successful experience in the electrical trade and 1 year experience of electrical estimating.
Commercial Project management exp. is an added plus
1 year minimum estimating experience mandatory
Knowledge of wastewater treatment facilities and other industrial projects
Strong employment history stability
Interact effectively with contractors to meet project requirements and development and grow business
Must work well with all levels of organization
Strong communication and business development track record and skill
Experience / knowledge with Acubid, Autocad and Microsoft Office Suite?
Stable work history
College degree preferred (Construction Management or Electrical Engineer) but not mandatory. PMP, LEED a plus
